My name is Cécile Mouillé Bernier. I have a dual background as a manager and an entrepreneur. First, I worked for 13 years as an employee in strategic and operational departments of SMEs and middle-market companies. I held positions in procurement/supply chain (Armor/Winoa) and customer service development (Aplix). I had the opportunity to create projects from scratch, as part of intrapreneurship missions in France and abroad.
I acquired a taste for developing activities in contexts of major change: business model pivot, merger/acquisition, reorganisation, hypergrowth.
Over 5 years I successively founded and managed a company that sold consumables for the building and public works sector (LCP Diamant), and over another 5 years a firm specialising in the development of adaptive skills based on mindfulness (O’Présent).
Today, I devote myself to my two passions: business creation, via sopphy (a digital start-up in cognitive artificial intelligence), and helping company leaders to navigate change, via CM Change & motion.
I hold a 2-year Master’s degree in SME Administration & Management, an Advanced Certificate in Supply Chain from HEC, and a 1-year Master’s degree in Procurement, Commerce and International Marketing. I have also completed certification programmes in systemic coaching and delegated processes, in professional co-development, in the cognitive approach and in mindfulness-based emotional intelligence.
