The support method Cécile offers is a real plus when carrying out projects. The tools she uses are helpful for understanding the way a team works and the collective aspiration which is the main fuel of a group. Cécile helps to infuse more meaning into what is being undertaken, by proposing to interconnect it with a broader system that also includes the individual aspirations of the project initiators. Then, thanks to her understanding of projects and of the different roles, and drawing on her analysis, Cécile puts forward suitable solutions that don't always occur to us. Finally, Cécile offers us the chance to gain a fresh perspective by questioning the project and the meaning we infuse in our actions, and this enables us to adjust and better understand the implementation of the project.

Cécile supported us in introducing a new way of working within our small team, which had to come to terms with a new reality after losing its founder. She immediately understood the contextual elements and was able to distance herself from the situation in order to guide us along the new path to follow to manage our projects. Managing the business I created 10 years ago now requires me to adapt to change and the unexpected every day. And yet, we mustn’t let ourselves be overwhelmed by days that are so busy that they leave little room to think about what constitutes the value of a company: its capacity to evolve, to create value for now and for the future. We are stronger if we're all heading in the same direction and if the teams don't lose sight of the end goal, the values of the company's leaders and what they wish to implement. After attending Cécile's Expedition course, I chose to hire CM to help realign us to a common goal and reconnect us with our Why and with our company's direction. The teamwork was wonderful, everyone was enthusiastic, we realised a few things about our development projects, and we truly remobilised around our responsibilities and goals!
