Strategic and operational coaching of projects within your company

The coaching package is tailored specifically with solutions to suit your needs. The number, duration (2-hour, 4-hour or day-long sessions) and frequency of work sessions are decided once the preliminary interviews have been conducted.

Sessions are held one-on-one or in a group, on the company’s premises, in person or via Skype.

Before my intervention

Your challenges:

– The teams are resisting the new methods introduced, which could result in a deadlock
– The teams are not fully committed to the direction and goals of the overall project
– The new project includes a sensitive, relational or irrational aspect that is not being dealt with
– The new strategy put in place is struggling to be integrated into daily operations

– I analyse the levers of change available to the company leaders and the organisation using a pragmatic analysis grid
– I clarify which strategic direction the company wants to head in, using a comprehensive approach and the most suitable innovation tools
– I help to elaborate a meaningful and unifying road map using a flexible method that can be adapted over time
– I introduce a new managerial approach that focuses on meaning and delegation in a safe and supportive environment
– I work with you to ensure the company gains more power and autonomy

After my intervention

– You’re comfortable with your new points of reference and can see where you are heading in the long term

Prior to any intervention on my part, one-on-one or group interviews are conducted to assess the current situation, understand the context and determine exactly what sort of support is needed.
